- January 5: Application opens
- February 19 at 11:59 PM: Symposium application deadline, best paper award submission deadline, faculty mentor nomination deadline
- February 26 at 11:59 PM: Faculty review deadline
- March 5: Application packet deadline for Faculty Research Mentoring Awards
- March 16: Recipients notified of Best Paper Awards and Faculty Research Mentoring Awards
- March 22 at 4 PM: Deadline for posters to be submitted to Tate Print & Copy
- April 5-6: CURO Symposium
