The Journal for Undergraduate Research Opportunities, or JURO, is a student-run, faculty-reviewed journal that provides University of Georgia undergraduates with the opportunity to present their research in digital publication. Authors who submit papers CURO Best Paper Awards (submissions due mid-February 2026) have the option of having their submissions evaluated by faculty and considered for inclusion in the fall 2026 edition of JURO.

JURO was launched in line with CURO’s mission to support the entire UGA undergraduate body in their research endeavors across a variety of academic disciplines.
